Hello there! I am worried that my Form I 765 is still "case received" up to now. Here's my timeline:
Oct 27, 2015- I submitted the AOS packet (I-130,131,765,485,864 and G-325 A)
Nov 13- NOA received
Nov 21- Biometrics letter received
Dec 7- Biometrics done
Dec 8- RFE letter for Form I 485 Received
Jan 15- sent out the RFE requirements
Jan 20- online status for I 485 changed to "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"
Jan 26- My 75th day from the day they accepted my application forms
My question is this, Did the RFE affects the processing time for my I- 765? I need the working permit so bad as I am a nurse who graduated almost 2 years now and still got no experience. I am afraid that if by March or April, I won't have EAD, no hospital or facility would hire me.
Does anyone of you received RFE first than the EAD? How long did it take you to get the EAD after complying to RFE? Kindly share me your experiences and timelines especially if you're from Las Vegas, Nevada. Thanks a lot and Have a nice day!
