Hello everyone,
Today, I received two notices in the mail regarding the petition I filed for my wife. Both of them have the exact same notice date and same exact application receipt number, meaning that they're both about the same petition. However, one of them says "The above petition has been approved", the other one simply says "After review, we have reopened the above application or petition, or reconsidered the decision previously issued".
I'm so confused! How could this be? Which one is it? How could they send both notices on the same exact day if they conflict?
On the online status checker, it says " we reopened your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan..." again with the same date.
If anyone have any ideas or thoughts or a similar experience, I would greatly appreciate the input.
