Hi I am regular reader but posting for the first time.
My Case :
1. Filed under EB3 with Priority date of June 2005.
2. Changed Employer since then and filed AC21
3. In 2007 Filed for Adjustment of Status as you are all aware that in 2007 everything become current
4. Completed my Medical and interview at that time.
5. Since then changed a couple of jobs and now back home for 3 years (Keep Travelling on / of to US) : Not working for any USA Company currently
6. Currently holding a valid Advance parole.
I have few separate questions so please try and keep it separate.
A. My priority date has again become current. So Do I need to File any papers now since I have not received any letter from USCIS. Also Should I be expecting any letters from USCIS, and calling them regarding not receipt of any letter. Typically what should be expected
B. With Valid AP when I come to USA, would I need to take up a job and do they ask for currently job details . Typically how much current employment is required.
I use to be a high end travelling consultant for big 5, Is it required to take similar company or smaller firm is ok
C. Should I go for Councillor processing.
