returning rejected application by uscis

hello eveyone!i applied for i-130,i-485,i-864,g-325,i-785 and after a long wait for
the receipt notice my spouse and i decided to call the service customer, and they said that my application has been rejected because i didnt sent the right apllications fees.the customer representative told me as well that they mailed my application out on 01/12/2016 and till now i didnt receive my application back.i would like to know what is the timeframe for a returning rejected application. i hope hear from you soon. thanks
