B2 visa overstay on I485 I130 Concurrent filing

Hello

My wife has decided not to go back to her job and has decided to stay in the US.
We are going to file the I485 I130 I765 concurrently.

Her B2 visa is up on the 9th of Februrary,2016. She wont be able to get the i693 paperwork completed before we need to send the packet in.

Is it better to submit the existing paperwork and wait on sending the I693 until it is ready/ RFE is issued?
or
Is it better to wait and submit the entire packet all together? This would mean overstaying her visa for a few days.
