This is my firt time writting on this forum and I will really appreciate your help.
I sent my i130 marriage based along with 485, 131 and 765 on december 21st.
I went to my biometrics appointment on 01/29 and on 02/01 i received a request for initial evidence requesting the tax return for the most recent tax year from the sponsor(my husband) on form 864EZ.
The exact sentence is:
"please send a complete federal tax return submitted to the IRS for the most recent tax year".
My questions are:
1) as I filed on late december 2015 is the most recent year 2014 or is it the most recent year at time of receiving the RFE in that case 2015?
2) What documents do I have to send exctly I have been unable to find the exact list. I sent w2 and 1099 when first filing. Ibelieve they are asking for form 1040 is it correct? I also ordered tax transcripts from irs i should receive them in a week. Can someone provide me with the exact list of documents to send with 864ez?
3)should we file taxes for 2015 asap and send them as well?
4) will my ead and interview be delayed because of this?
5) can my case be denied because of this rfe?
