Status changed from RFE to Ready for interview, do I need to worry?
Hello everyone,
I filed my case based on my marriage.
Last month after I went for my biometrics, my status changed into Require further evidence. However, I have never received the notice, so I called USCIS and ask them to send me the notice again. Two days later, my status changed into ready for interview, I was really confused but happy at the same time. I wonder if this is a mistake and I still need to provide the evidence. Until now I still haven't received any RFE notice. Can anyone advice if I need to be worried?
Secondly, I have also applied for the working permit. My priority date was Dec 9th, 2015. I noticed that it usually takes 3 months for i-765 to be processed. But still it's been almost 2 months and the case is still not updated online. I have called for an inquiry and submitted an inquiry online later on, almost two weeks passed, no update still. Have anyone experienced the late update of i-765 application?
