Biometrics 26th of January
RECEIVED A REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE 29TH OF JANUARY.

And they are wanting me to send a copy of my birth certificate, which I already had done with the package, so strange, but what shall i Do? I really need the EAD as soon as possible too!

Im married to a USC and everything was going to nice and smooth and then all of a sudden this RFE came and stopped the process... Shall I just re-send the birth certificate?

Help me please! Someone similar who got RFEs for stuff you already sent in? why do they do this?

it depend on the type of birth certificate you send earlier. They preferred a birth certificate having detaills of your parent with government stamp or zeal. I believe this will help because i had same issue, the earlier you send it the better for your case. Good luck.
