Mails received, Status not updated. How do I get across to USCIS

Hello Guys,

Please is there anybody with my kind of experience, pls share.
I have been waiting for mails from USCIS. I don't know if it has been sent. I can't monitor it through my Case status as it remain un-updated. The last and only update there is the notification of the receipt of my package to USCIS, but i have gone for interview since 12th of January. How can i know if a mail got lost as i am expecting the EAD & AP.

I tried calling, but do not know how to type in the alphabets (MSC......) from my phone.

please help with ideas.

ooppsss!!!! Typo error.
What I had gone for was finger print as against interview that I wrote earlier. Kindly excuse my mistake please.

And thanks so much for the info. I got across and was told my status need not change cos of finger print. I don't know how valid the statement is.

I have just received a letter letting me know my medical examination form is not included. I should bring it to the interview venue when called. This is FYI of those who advised in this regard.
