After I-485 gets pending for long time, whet is the procedure that may be helpful?
Dear all,
My case is pending for longer than 6 months, I sent inquiry to NSC and got this message in my case update "As of January ZZZ, 2016, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR YYYY , is currently not assigned for processing". What does it mean?
What do you think that could be helpful to expedite the case processing in this situation?
My case was filed in NBC and I got my EAD and AP in Nov 2015 in regular processing of EB2 (Employment Based).
