How long I wait for Letter of Interview from USCIS?

Hi all guys!

I have just sent RFE response for USCIS on February/16/2016
So anybody tells me that

1. When I get Letter of Interview from USCIS or receive Notice of interview?
2. If it happens, Does USCIS require the second FRE??


I waited so long from applying Document on Oct/27/2015 (I got all receipts and had Bio-metric already)
I am so bored when just stay at home all day without doing any thing.

I applied in October 2015 marriage based. I still haven't received EAD card. This week they updated my case status to received response and uscis will continue working on my case. According to my attorney, i should receive my EAD card within 10-15days. So cross fingers. Hope thats helpful.

I did not receive any EAD card from applying on Oct/27/2015 until now. Furthermore, I sent RFE repsonse for USCIS on FEBRUARY/16/2016
I really don't know When I get Letter of Interview from USCIS. I hope anyone has experience about this case, tell me know
