I-485 case inquiry
Hi,
I am so confused and stressed with this whole process.
Here is my story and hope someone can help me out.
PD 12/22/2015
Sent to Chicago from Hawaii.
They sent my case to Missouri (my receipt number starts with MSC...)
Have not heard anything for biometrics appointment or anything.
Called USCIS to file an inquiry since it's passed 30days. (I don't know about this 30days but the representative told me I cant file an inquiry if it's still less than 30days)
Got an e-mail from Honolulu office saying my N-400 application is still in the normal processing time.
First of all, I have not filed N-400(naturalization). It is I-485 along with I-130 and AP and EAD. Even the e-mail has all info I told to the representative that I am inquiring about I-485.
I am already so worried because I have not done fingerprints done yet after almost 2months, but now I am worried if USCIS is messed up with my case as N-400.
What should I do? or has anyone experienced like this?
Please spare me your opinion.
