Hi,
I applied for Asylum in November 2013 and then got married in January 2014. In November 2014 I was granted Asylum but later I decided to apply for adjustment of status through my marriage. I got my Green card by adjustment of status through marriage in April 2015. Its probationary and will be confirmed in April 2017.
Now me and my wife has realized we cannot get along for long any more, means I will not be through my probationary period. My question is what will happen to my Asylum status and can I continue with my current green card and get confirmed on basis of Asylum?
Any help in this regard will be really appreciated.
