I am a US citizen and I'm applying with my husband for his AOS. My current income is not enough to sponsor him according to poverty guidelines so we asked my mom to be a sponsor. Her tax report income this year is over 40k. But she is currently unemployed. Can she still be a sponsor or co-sponsor?
