Need Help from experienced in same scenario

I have applied for I485 in june 2014. Received my EAD in November 2014.

Me, my wife and my son were interviewed by IO on January 14,2015. I had our lawyer present at the time of interview, IO was nice and understood situation and satisfied with our answer (looked like). She gave us a letter that Immigration do not required any more documents or info from us and we will receive a decision within 120 days. Its been more then 400 days and still waiting for approval. can someone share their experience if had any issue like that.

It's almost incredible that you have gone more than a year without obtaining the outcome of an Adjustment of Status interview. You need to consider the following possibilities:

1. Check receipt number of I-485 and/or Biometrics on the USCIS status page.
2. Obtain an INFOPASS live interview to have a USCIS staff person check your status.
3. Consider whether is a problem with your mailing address
4. Obtain renewal of your EAD is processing of your Permanent Resident status is ongoing.
