We the parents of a USC request some information on our AOS , since we come under Immediate relative category as Parents. We submitted our applications for our AOS and the PD as indicated in NOA received from USCIS was 24th Nov 2015. Our Biometrics were done on 4th Jan 2016. Along with I0485 we also submitted our applications for EAD/AP. Since completion of our biometrics, we have not heard anything from USCIS. There is no status update from":my case status" and still shows as "Case Received" with no updates on any of the applications. We would like travel and so far we have not received our EAD/AP, which I understand it should be received within 3 months after filing or 30 to 45 days after biometrics.
Can anyone is in the same condition as ours. I would like to get assistance as to how much time it takes to get EAD/AP
