Would like to submit I-140 & I-485 expert opinion requested
Hi all,
I have been in the US on B1 B2
Will expire in End of May-2016.
Have plan to go further with EB1/adjustment of status.
Lawyer had suggested EB1-C Catagory & filling of both the forms (I-140 & I-485) at the same time.
Pls. Suggest expert opinion.
Is it a good advise ?
Can we proceed with premium ??? (As Lawyer suggested Yes, we can)
(Either way PP OR Normal) What may be the timeline to wait for approvals etc. till the Green Card Issued.
