processing time frame

Hi,
I filed I-485 in October.i filed it on fee waiver option and its approved and i gave my bio metric too. when i check the status its final update was on October 29th.there is no update after that.as far as i know the processing time period is 4 months. when i check the processing time chart, processing time frame shows as august 30th 2015. i don't have any idea what does that mean. now its almost 4 months now and i haven't receive any updates after October 29th.
Can i go and submit a service request now.
need someones advice with this please

Your 4+ months since submittal are still within a normal timeframe for Adjustment of Status processing. Your wait for an interview of disposition without an interview can go on for months. But once you reach 6+ months of waiting, it might be a good idea to check status with an in-person INFOPASS appointment.
