I130 form questions

I have some questions on the I 130 form if someone could help please.

I will be filing an AOS concurrently as I am in the USA at present. I live with my spouse and question 21 does ask the last address we lived together. The issue is it asks for a From and To date.

As we are still at this address can I leave the "To" date blank? I can't put anything other than a date in the field.

Should I put seperately somewhere that we are still at this address?

Q22 asks for the USCIS office I will apply to, as this is a marriage based AOS application do I put in Chicago (where the lockbox address is) as it asks for a city and state?

Really would appreciate people responding to these queries please, especially if you have submitted papers and are just awaiting an interview as most likely your forms will have been completed correctly.
Apologies if the queries seem basic but I'm sure you can understand the nerves we all have when completing the paperwork.

Form I-130 approved and sent to the Department of State for Visa processing now what?

Does anyone know around how long will it take them to contact me about whats next, i am a US citizen and i am the petitioner, my husband is in mexico, we started everything in oct 2015.
