I've been searching around, but not found any good answers for our particular case.
my American wife and I applied and got our I-130 approved when we lived together in Europe. Around the same time the I-130 was approved and before my Consular Processing I was offered a job in the US. The employer sponsored me with an L-1 Visa.
Now after some months in the U.S. we want to do the Adjustment of Status, but I'm (the application) is the only one with an income at this time.
So I am trying to figure out how to do the Affidavit of Support.
Can we apply with only my L-1 Visa based income? Or do we need to apply with for example her family as sponsors?
