I am a Houston Filer. My case has been transferred to NBC on March 16th.
Did you get your interview scheduled yet? Is your case with NBC now?

I am still waiting them to schedule interview. I've been called USCIS they told me my case at Houston office right now pending to wait to schedule a interview. ( original I sent all three form to NBC, after bio and EAD. They transfer from NBC to local office Houston to do the interview)

My case because RFE it is delay, also because our local office close delay again. Right now still waiting for schedule interview. You have to send three forms( I-131, I-458, I-756) go search some sample or instructions on this website. Each case different, it's hard to say time frame. Good luck !
