Interview was on 2 march Detroit,Mi

we arrived there 15 min before then officer told our names . we went out his cabin ,he took both our ID.


I am on F1 visa and my Wife is US citizen

question to me
(1) how you entered in us ?

(2) what is your abroad address?
(3)is it your 1st Marriage ?
(4)what is your and your spouse Birthday ?
(5) where r u going to school ?
(6) when you started job ?

and to many yes/no question he checked each and every documents and asking more and more .

Question to my wife
(1) can I see your proof of citizenship ?
(2)what is your previous husband name ?
(3)what is your childrens name and birthdate?
(4)why you filled petition for him?

to many question were asked , I don't remember all of them . it took almost one Hour then He told us that He will review all documents and make decision.next day got update that we ordered your new card .we will mail it to your address .

Thanks for the information sharing. I'm gonna have the interview next month which is pretty fast for me cause my status stays the same FOREVER. I have a question here, is that ok if the address of my husband's driver's license is different from mine? We are renting an apt and mine is this address but he hasn't changed his. Thank you!

It would be nice if you guys have same address on Driving Licence ! If you have not you can explain the situation to IO . If you have your Lawyer who will come to with you guys in Interview please Inform him to in advance that we doesn't have a same address on Driving Licence !!
