Hi All:
My I-140 got approved in October 2014 from Company A. My Priority date is EB2 India 2/23/2010.
Company A is laying off employees and my Manager gave me an indication that I have to start looking for a new H1B Sponsorer/job. Company A will not revoke my I-140 and will possibly support me when filing I-485/EAD when my dates are current.
If I join Company B, I have to start over my GC application all over again.
Do I need to be employed by Company A for them to file my I-485? If not, can I use the paystubs from Company B with my appln?
