My employer with whom I had been working with H1b had filed my GC long ago and I am currently under my EAD. My H1B expired 2 years ago and I didn't renew it since then. I continued with same employer under EAD and renewing it year after year.
I am likely to get married this year in India. How can I bring the wife to US? She can't be on H4 as I don't have H1B.
Secondly can I sponsor GC for her, what could be the costs involved and time required before she gets her GC.
