Hello everyone,
I would like to know if someone has been through my situation; I got here on B1/B2 visa 06/2014; applied for asylum and has been waiting for my interview ever since; I got married to a my husband (a permanent resident) on 10/2014; I thought that applying for I-130 would help me in getting the green card soon bcz we want to buy a house; my question is: if I-130 is approved, can apply for AOS right away since I'm already inside the US or I should wait for a priority date bcz my husband is a permanent resident?? thanks in advance for any reply; God bless you all.
