Under the new process Dates for Filing Application ?

Hello

Does anyone have any experience under the new filing application procedure ?

I have a GC and I already have I-130 approved for my wife with a priority date of May 2015. This date is active for filing I-485 application and my wife filed I-485/I-765/Advance Parole last month.

We have already received the Notice of Action/Application Receipts on all three. Today, we received a letter for Biometrics appointment associated to I-765 ONLY. I was surprised there was no biometrics appointment for I-485. Has this happened to anyone yet ?

Or this is a standard procedure as the priority date to actually get the green card (APPLICATION FINAL ACTION DATES) not yet current.

I filed in January under the new filing application procedure, When I got my notice for biometric (form I-797C, Notice of Action), the case type was written on the top left corner of the form as (cases type is I485 - I765) and the notice had the three reciept number of all the three forms I filed on the right corner of the notice. I assume you only do one biometric for all the three forms you have filed. So check yours very well I think yours should also be the same.

I wish....unfortunately it's only for I-765 with just one I-765 barcode at the bottom. I guess I'll wait until Monday or Tuesday just to see if there's another one in the mail. If not, will have to end up calling USCIS.

Any update on 765?

Hello,
Can you please provide status? Per chart B my F2A date might become current so i am under the impression that i can apply for AOS anytime soon. Is I-765 expected to be applied simultaneously if i intend to receive EAD sooner as soon as I am eligible?
