change in date of birth_New Court Order
hi all,
A new court order has been issued and that do not allow change in Date of Birth in the passport after 5 years of issuing it. So from now, a court order can not be obtained to make a change in DOB in PP.
Does that mean one can submit passport (5+ years after issue) and original BC carrying different dates for i485? School doc has the error and it was used as the basis of birth date while applying for PP.
