help i need ssn or tin for my spouse to file his taxes

hi i need help please, i already have a scheduled interview on april but my husband need to file his taxes by next month, i did not to file I 765 with my i 485 and i 130 coz we just did it by ourselves we did not here a lawyer we overlooked it. Im done with biometrics last feb. If I file I 765 which i need to pay coz i filed it separately is it feasible can i get my son asap? or file the tin number instead w7? w7 takes a while like 6 to 8 weeks coz its peak hours. I need your advice asap. thank you so much.
