Hi,
I am currently on an H1B visa with I-140 approved and want to apply for the I-485. However, when I first entered the US on a J1 it wrongly stated it was subjected to the 2-year rule. On the J1 extension this rule was removed and I was approved for the H1B 3-years ago. Before filing my I-485 do I need to request the J1 waiver?
