Hi
I have received message alerts from USCIS that my 485 and my family's 485s are approved. I have received EAD and AP couple of weeks back. However, my 140 is still pending.
I have filed in EB1C category and my 140 and 485 are filed concurrently - Texas service center.
Have any one faced similar situation like mine? Is it possible to get 485 approval before 140?
