The immigration services had requested an updated G-325A among other documents (Medical exam and immunization records). My concern is this, My attorney and I mailed out these requested evidence/materials yesterday, however, I completely forgot about a Job that I heald for about 6weeks to add to the list of jobs held in the last 5 years. It was a temp job, however, I had no recollection of this temp job. While going through some documents I came across a stub and thats when I remembered not reflecting this information.
PS: I am an Asylee, so I am authorized to work for any employer. There was absolutely nothing illegal about the job, just slipped my mind. I guess because it was such a short time and alittle over a year ago.
It is the weekend, I have left a message with my attorney informing them of this omission. I seem to recall previously maling a "corrected G-352A" indicating the corrections. I certainly hope that it does not have adverse repurcusions. I am sure my attorney will mail a corrected G-325A. Can anyone confirm that you can infact mail a correction with a letter explaining the update to the one we had just mailed? Thanks
