waiting for i 485 adjustment

hi, i just received(03/10/16) my approval notice of i 130 . i'm currently living in usa , my wife is US green card holder she petitioned for me . my priority date is 11/27/15 . what is the next step and should i need to be done. pls advice me as early as possible

You can't submit your I-485 until your Priority Date is current, probably in another 5 months or so. If you submit it early, it might be denied and your $1,070 fee forfeited.

If your priority date on I-130 is 11/27/2015, you will have to follow the "Dates for Filing Family-Sponsored Adjustment of Status Applications" table. At present if your priority date is June 2015 you can file...so you will have to wait until yours is current.
