I have a NIW based I-140 approved and pending I-485. I should renew my g325 form but in the document request letter it was mentioned that I should submit employment letter; however, I have been unemployed for 5 months in US after my graduation. What should I do? Is it necessary to be employed specially in my case that had been NIW based I-140?
