I got my interview letter today which is scheduled for April 24th, there is a document checklist attached to it, at the top is says Diversity Visa but I doubt it's specifically for DV interview.
One of the items is "If you are married, in addition to your spouse coming to the interview with you, bring ... some marriage documents listed..."
My question is, is this what other DV applicants got in their checklist as well? Should I take my wife with me?
A lawyer told me for DV interview wife presence is not required.

PS: I previously filed for AOS based on marriage but didn't go through that, is that possible they are asking for marriage documents bcuz of that?
