You are absolutely sure you have used the correct amount in Part 6 Q2 and Q15 Of the form on page 5?

As it is your spouse sponsoring he will need to demonstrate at least 3 times the difference between his annual salary and the poverty level guideline for your household of 2. So for example if your husband only earned 15,000 a year he would need to show assets of $15,075 as a minimum (difference of poverty guideline for household size minus salary ---> 20,025-15,000=5,025 x3) assuming he is not in the army and you reside in the contiguous 48 states.

Note for assets the following applies
"Only assets that can be converted into cash within one year and without considerable hardship or nancial loss to the owner may be included. The owner of the asset must include a description of the asset, proof of ownership, and the basis for the owner’s claim of its net cash value."

In your case with such a high annual salary thus just doesn't make any sense. I don't think you need to declare every asset you own by the way. There is a lot more on page 9 of the I-864p instruction guide that is well worth a read as it goes into detail regarding your real estate being used as an asset which is usually the most valuable one people own.
    Hello WhoDaDaddy!
Thank you again for your reply.
Well, we did not fill up question 15 on page 5 of form I-864.
Shall we fill it up and re-submit together with the other documents that they were asking?
Or we will just ask for a bank statement and send a copy of ownership of his car or a copy of his property under mortgage?
Thanking you in advance for your help.

Therein lies your problem. If you didn't complete Q15 correctly it has caused you this unecessarry RFE.
Personally I would complete the form again with all the information (be careful to check it thoroughly). Attach your tax returns again (it may be viewed by a fresh pair of eyes). Also confirm via employer letter the current salary and employment status.
At least 3 months worth of pay stubs too. Finally a letter to go alongside this to explain how you have dealt with the RFE (basically the error you made in initially completing the I-864). Don't forget to add the RFE notice you received so that the USCIS know you are responding to their request and not just randomly submitting a form. You may even be able to supply the Alien No too on the form.
This is only my view, others may want to advise differently.

Just to clarify, you mean we have to fill up the whole form I-485? (The RFE notice says that we need to resubmit just the page 4?)
Do we still have to submit his bank statement as mentioned as well n the RFE notice?
        Thanking you again in advance

          Hi
I have not been privy to the RFE you received. From what you have stated I have given you replies on how I would deal with such a request. If you feel more comfortable in following the guidance in the letter then please do so. Ultimately you need to satisfy the USCIS that the petioner has the financial stability to support the intended immigrant should it become necessary.

Either way I'm sure you will respond as required and swiftly have the case moved on as every day in not responding is only delaying your case further.
Good luck with your AOS case.

Hi, any update on your case? I'm on the same situation right now and curious what is next and how long. The emails said my case is routed to The national processing center. What yours said?
              Thanks.

Hello WhoDaDaddy. Just to let you know that we follow your advice to fill up a new form I-864 and submit all the docs they asked us on RFE except for the proof of property ownership. They received it April 21, 2016 and we were surprise that yesterday we received my EAD card. All the while we were thinking that the start of the processing of my papers will be from April 21.
Now waiting for the schedule of our interview for the green card.
                Thanks for the advice.

That's great news, surely a weight off your shoulders and good for others to know that the RFE did not delay your case progress for too long.
