Submitting I-485(AOS) while OPT(I765) is being processed.
Will it be a problem if I submit I-480(adjustment of status) while my OPT is being processed?
I am an F1 visa student who is set to graduate on May 2016. I have already applied for OPT(I-765) and it is being processed right now. I got married to a US citizen while my OPT was on processing and I am planning to apply for adjustment of status(Green Card). Will it be a problem if I apply for adjustment while the OPT is in process, or should I wait until I get my EAD card?
