Stem extension - RFE and adjustment of status

I need urgent help with two issues.
1) I applied for OPT STEM extension on 8th dec 2015 but did not attach my latest I-20, hence I received Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS to submit my I-20 that was signed 30 days prior to the STEM extension application. My college cannot provide me an I-20 because my EAD card has already expired (8th Feb 2016).
Question: Is it possible for me to get a latest I-20. Can I contact SEVIS directly?

2)I am currently residing in U.S. and my husband filed for I-130 (petition for alien relative). The priority date for that application is 6th April 2015. Are we eligible to file for I-485 (Adjustment of status)

Yes You can file for AOS using the new Chart B (date of Filing chart) if you have an approved I-130. My priority date is March 18, 2015 and I have filed for AOS since January 2016; because on the new chart B for F2A category the date of filing is presently 15 June 2015.

About contacting SEVIS directly; I really dont know about that, may be some people in this forum who had similar issue will be able to help you on how to go about that.
