I also went to a info pass appointment in my local SF office, was told because my parents case had interview waiver, their i-485 would not get transferred to the local office, and will be processed at the NBC. BUT on USCIS website, it clearly states NBC does not make final decision on i-485 and it would get transfered to the local office. Does any one know what i can expect at this point? Several SR has been made, but I never received any response letter. Can any suggest what I should do? Thank you in advance.
Same here. I filed for my parents on 11/09/2016. I 130 never denied or approved. last update on the I485 was on February and nothing since then. I have sent request for information but they said always the same, work overload not related to your case.

Have you had any news? thanks

      I-485 processing time

I filed I-140 and I-485 together. Fingerprint after 1 month. I received EAD/AP card 2 months of application. I-140 approved after 4 months. I received notice from USCIS saying my I-485 transferred to national benefit center to speed processing time after a month of I-140 approval notice (that means after 5 months). But I do not see any updates/ processing status of I-485 in the website. When I asked my lawyer, I was told they will send it to local field office and they cannot send for service request. They have no idea how long it would take. Anyone have experience with this? please let me know your opinion.

Did you hear back anything or get a notice interview? I received the same notice today. My case is being handled by NSC. How about you?
