I came into united states on B-1 visa and before expiry of my i-94 I applied form i-539 for change of status as student and received i-797C was waiting for further response from USCIS but within 2 months of filling i-539 I got married with US citizen and last week I filled form i-485 and i-130 concurrently and received i-797C so now I have two i-797C my question is now I do not want to proceed my i-539 which I filled earlier for the student status so how can I withdraw it from USCIS.
