Hi,
I am filing I485 for my EB1 based on my current L1A individual petition now. My employer is asking "If you have an L blanket apprval notice, also send a copy of the stamped copy of 129S". 10 years back (in 2005) i came to US for a month on a L1B blanket Visa. I do not have any copy of 129S for that visa. But I have the copy of that L1B blanket petition for that visa. I have couple questions based on this.
1) Is 129S an important document for I485? Can I file I485 without copy of 129S?
2) Is it possible to get copy of stamped 129S for that visa? If yes, where can I get it?
