I am a student in US for a couple of months and now I'de like to marry my USC girlfriend. Although i do have much info about AOS, but i still have couple of questions popping up my mind, firstly i am legal student (So far) in status, the question i have is whether it will be a problem for me to file AOS if i get out of status before i file AOS?
My school is expecting me back as i am currently in status but i am slightly sure that i wont be in status by the time i marry my gf and file for AOS.
Will that be still alright to file the petition?
