A us citizen file for my friend and post it on March 14 2016 usps indicated that the package was signed for at uscis office on March 15 2016 but until today April 5 2016 she haven't receive any response and the check not cash. Should she be worried? How long does it take for uscis to respond to I 130 and adjustment of status applications

Wait another 2-3 weeks for receipt notices. Was G-1145 used?

Firstly you will not receive notifications via text message and/or emails if you did not complete a G-1145 form.
I'm not sure who you can contact about your submission as it is in its initial stages. You do need to though as I filed 2 weeks after you and have received electronic messages as well as notifications in the post. If you look through the last few messages in this forum others have done the same to the Chicago lockbox and have had some communication from USCIS already.

Thus forum in most instances are cases of AOS by marriage (not in all instances I realise). For the majority of these there is most likely going to be a request for couples to attend an interview I would suggest.
Not having a go at you but if you do make such statements it would be worth putting it into context for people (minus any personal details) so we understand how they came to obtain their GC (marriage, employment, prior student etc).
Very good luck on your friends part that the process was so painless!
