I-485 Interview scheduled after less than 3 months!

Hey guys,

I am an F-1 Grad student married to a US Citizen. I filed at Chicago lockbox. I am unsure what field office I have to go to yet but assuming either Hartford or Boston.
Here's my timeline so far -

Jan 26, 2016 - I-485, I-130, I-765 Cases received.
Feb 25, 2016 - Biometrics done
Mar 03, 2016 - I-485 Case ready to be scheduled for interview
Mar 16, 2016 - I-131 Case received
April 04, 2016 - EAD Approved
April 07, 2016 - EAD card mailed to me
April 08, 2016 - I-485 Interview scheduled for May 16, 2016 !

I am very surprised everything has happened so quickly and very grateful.

I am married to a U.S citizen. I applied for adjustment of status in November of 2015. Had my bio metrics done in March of 2016. Sent proof for my I-485 about a week ago... recently, they changed my status, now it says "Response to USCIS' Request for Evidence Was Received". I live in MISSOURI and have wondered how long this whole process takes until they actually give me an answer?...
