I got married to my wife (a US citizen) 2 months ago. However we haven't file for AOS yet. I'm on CPT( Curricular Practical Training) and wish to work on that till my EAD arrives.We shall file for AOS next week. I'm planning to switch universities as the one I'm enrolled in right now is blackmailing me to attend on ground classes. I've just got this job and my manger is not granting permission to leave the job in the middle of the week. So I'm planning to switch universities. WHile doing so there would be a 10 day gap between transferring my CPT and getting a new one from the other university.
Will that be violation and affect my decision of approval in my EAD or 10 days working without valid authorization is ok for me and the company as long as we dont confront each other about the gap.? Please advise.
