Ok ! My concern is about brother-sister category (F4 case) for adjustment of status,
Scenario is :
My aunt (mom's sister) filled i-130 for my mom back in 2004 ,at that that i was in minor age , right now current age is 23 ,moreover i was included in that petition , right now m on student visa and will be graduate by this may and i came across with some facts about AOS.
Firstly , we have approved i-130 (PD is sept 2004)
Secondly , the main beneficiery which is my mom has B2 visa so , is that possible me and my mom can file for AOS ?
Thirdly,my father also has B2 visa bt my sister hasnt any visa so would she elligible for AOS?
