Hi,
Our GC (I 485) is under processing - applied under EB1C in Oct 2015. My wife has an EAD based on the L2 visa (Currently I have valid L1A). She has an approved AP (I 131) as well.
1. Is it ok to travel for 6 weeks to India if the GC is still under process?
2. If she enters US using the AP will the EAD be cancelled ?
3. If she uses the L2 visa to enter will it impact GC ?
Any advice will help.
