  • i-639 medical examination

    on 04/12/16,received a mail saying preliminary examination of my case shows that i did not submit my medical record.It went ahead to say that i should not send it now because it will delay my case.That if i be prepare to have it dduring my interview.Yet, my interview is not yet schedule.
    Please if anyone has had this experience throw a light on it so i can configure out where my case can be now or how i am still to wait.thank y'all.

    Ok firstly did you have a medical exam and did you submit it with your paperwork? If yes to both questions then USCIS has misplaced it. You will need to get another copy from the surgeon who carried it out initially.
    Your case is progressing as they have told you in order to avoid any further delays to bring it to your interview. Meaning you will get a notice to attend an interview at some point. (When it becomes your turn and they finally schedule it).
    Just be sure to have the sealed envelope to hand over to the officer at this point.

    In a way it's good news... Your case us progressing, you will have an interview, and this communication is telling you they are trying to avoid any further delays with your case. Wait for the next update.
