Sending my package Priority Mail I130-I485-I765. Bit confused

Got our package ready and want to send it USPS Priority Mail Express which is overnight. Now for US Postal service it gives you a P.O Box, and for express mail and courier deliveries it gives you an address.
just a bit confused since I am sending it USPS but at the same time it is "Priority Mail Express"

A Priority Express is treated like a courier delivery and should be addressed t the street address.

Priority standard should be addressed to the P O box address.
