Hi Guys,
does this quickly written up and preliminary evidence list look sufficient for my i-751 application to remove conditions?
any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

• Copy of green card of (immigrant spouse) front and back
• Three sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friend, employer and parent.
• A series of personal photographs throughout various points of our marriage
• Copy of the tax account transcript for 2014 and 2015
• W2’s from 2014 and 2015
• Photocopy of Drivers License of immigrant spouse and US citizen
• Copy of townhome purchase agreement ($248,000) including check deposit.
• Copy of Mortgage denial letter
• Copies of bank statements from joint account for every quarter over last 2 years
• Copies of statements from joint credit card account
• Copy of Utility bills with both names on
• Copy of Lease from 2014 and new Lease in 2015 – showing us both as lease holders
• Copy of receipt for anniversary present ($500 tv)
• Copies of Renters insurance together and Car insurance
• Scans of various Xmas cards from friends and valentines cards to one another.
