HELLO guys
im married to us citizen and have 3 step girls with her we been living together for 2 years
I have my package ready and I have a joint sponsor making 50 thousands a year
my wife recently lost her job and she is still receiving food stamps and we living in government housing .
I scare I am out of status f1 student visa and was working illegally with my real ssn and filing taxes every year.
with this case guys do you think I can have my green card without issues with immigration

I am notan expert but I would get a lawyer or at least lawyer advice. maybe she can try getting a job of some sort just because that would make it look better. As long as you have a Sponsor I think that is very important. As for working Illegally, I think that is forgiven just for being Married to a US citizen, glad you use your ssn and filed taxes. Also the most important thing is to show your Marriage is Bonafide.

Don't worry, if you have a sponsor is ok, but you should ask your wife to get a job before the interview because even if you have a sponsor you have to send in her tax from the past 2 years. So you can defenetely file without lawyer but make sure she get a job. Specially before your interview.
